Restoring Hope

Since the Fall of 2024, I’ve been back and fourth between the states and the middle east working on two projects based in and around Gaza.

While I was with the Jordanian military, I learned about a program called Restoring Hope: an initiative to support amputees in Gaza. On the front lines, in the hospitals, Jordanian Prosthetists are rapidly fitting people with durable prosthetics that can be molded and remolded to suit all kinds of patients. On account of some revolutionary new technology, the fitting process can happen within an hour.

I wanted to get involved so for a while, I was making the videos and running the socials of the initiative. I think what happened in that time was truly amazing and I’d like to share it with you.

It’s easy to see the atrocities happening on the other side of the world and feel powerless, but If there’s one thing I could take away from my experience: what you think matters. Your attention, your conversations, and what you care about directly impacts the success of initiatives like this and will people to do more.

So donate please. But if you can’t, then follow, share, talk about it with your friends. Its worth a lot.
